Description
This job is open to a person with good organisational, leadership, supervisory and communication skills. Familiarity with Google Docs Suite is a must.
Responsibilities
- Implement competitive training programs, including dry-land activation.
- Participate in dryland activation
- Mentor, educate, delegate to and supervise the assistant coaches
- Communicate with athletes to provide technical feedback on strokes
- Demonstrate a passion for the sport and enthusiasm for the athletes
- Commitment to assigned practice schedule
- Respect and adhere to the BCSSA Coaching Code of Ethics
Qualifications
- NCCP 1 or equivalent in experience
- Current CPR C/AED First AID
- NLS preferred
- WSI (preferred)
