The Coquitlam Sharks is a nonprofit organization and bases its coaching and pool use requirements on an athlete’s commitment for the entire session. If the withdrawal request is due to medical reasons a doctor’s note will be required. The board will review the request and make a decision.
Fall and Winter
There will be no refunds for withdrawal from the Fall or Winter Maintenance Programs.
Summer
The option to withdraw with refund is allowed up to and including April 1st. An administration fee of $150 per athlete withdrawn will be deducted from the fees paid. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after April 1st. Withdrawals will be processed within 30 days of the withdrawal date.
